Stoma
Sto̱ma [aus gr. στόμα, Gen.: στόματος = Mund] s; -s, -ta:
1) Mundöffnung. 2) (meist Mehrz.): kleinste Öffnungen der Blut- und Lymphgefäße, durch die Zellen hindurchtreten können. 3) künstlich hergestellter Ausgang eines Hohlorgans (z. B. Darm, Harnblase) zur Körperoberfläche (dient der Entleerung von Ausscheidungen bei Funktionsuntüchtigkeit der betreffenden Organe)
